MBI 09-02 - KIAD Runway Closure

The real world KIAD RWY 1C/19C will be experiencing a closure possibly lasting until September 2009. Given the current state of ZDC's simulation of the real world KIAD runways, we will not simulate this closure as that would leave us with only one viable North/South runway, whereas the real world still has two.

Please keep runways 1C/19C and 1R/19L open when weather allows their use according to the ZDC SOP.
