Effective 9/25/08
The STOIC1 is an RNAV Departure Procedure for IAD which will be released with the new revisions on 9/25/08. This departure will be OUT OF SERVICE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Reroute all aircraft filing the STOIC1 via the CAPITAL6 Departure until further notice.
