Effective June 5, 2008
Runway 1L/19R at Washington-Dulles (KIAD) will be renamed to Runway 1C/19C. All SOPs have been updated accordingly.
Controllers at KIAD, All PCT Sectors, and All ZDC Sectors as well as KIAD Voice ATIS should include Effective June 5, 2008 KIAD Runway 1L/19R renamed to Runway 1C/19C in their ATIS.
